Barre at the Brewery

Barre at the Brewery: an Inspiring Actions class at Swinging Bridge Brewery. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and a towel because It's Always Hazy in a barre class.

You've heard of the giant pub pretzel at swinging bridge, but have you done a pretzel lunge? We will lunge, push-up, pulse, and squat until we are Llama Lime Shandy. We'll get our Blood (Orange) pumping!
 
Get ready to laugh and sweat and laugh some more from the first breath together to the Final Final breath at the end of class! No barre experience is needed. Variations will be given for each pose to make it beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Price includes a 45 min Barre class and a 16oz tap. This class will be Off the Hinges ;)
 
Class will be held at Swinging Bridge Brewery 122 S Main Street, River Falls. It's just a few doors down from our River Falls Studio.
