Feeling disconnected? Overwhelmed? Unsupported? Want to access connection, meaning, and soul? Come move and include all that is stirring in and around you. We’ll dance in the present moment with uncertainty and seeking true self.
What to Expect: You’ll be introduced to the principles of Open Floor International through instruction and experiential practice. We’ll use meditation, movement exercises, and dance to open awareness, explore, to resource the self, and connect with spirit. Music supports our practice. You will spend time sitting, standing, dancing, talking, breathing, lying, and modifying as needed. Open Floor practice is for everybody. No dance experience necessary.
Pre-Registration/Cost: $30/session or free with Inspiring Actions Unlimited Membership. Pre-registration is appreciated, spots are limited to 13 attendees. Registration is non-refundable yet is transferable, send a friend in your place if you can’t make it!
Bring: Please wear comfortable layered clothing, bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available in the studio. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and begin warming up, the doors will be locked at the start time.

Use sound to clear your mind and relax your body which in turn allows your body to have the ability to heal itself. There are several types of sound that can be used for meditation. Using a rhythmic flow of sound and various methods, transcend you into a relaxing meditative state. No experience necessary! Everyone is welcome.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat and any props you made need. We do have some props available, but we want to make sure everyone is comfortable. Bringing a bottle of water is also recommended.
Children are invited to explore yoga-meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation through games, music, movements and play children will learn strength balance flexibility and self-regulation. For kids ages 4-9, $12/class.

running and hiking. Learn about the muscles we use for
walking and how to reverse chronically tight muscle
patterns. Learn easy, gentle exercises to free up your hips,
