The Power Within invites you to turn inward to find your resilience, power, and inner fire as we honor the seasonal move towards darkness.

What is the program like? Beginning on the New Moon, The Power Within is a progressive 6-week Steel Mace empowerment program that incorporates skill-based HIIT protocol, steel mace flow, and creative expression.

What makes this program different? The steel mace is a tool that has a deep history in warrior training and has also become a conduit of personal power and expression. As you learn to fine-tune your skills and connect each movement, the steel mace will begin to feel like an extension of your body. Through this extension, you will feel stronger, grounded, adaptable, energetically centered, and physically confident in your everyday life.

Is it accessible for someone who hasn’t practiced with a mace before? Yes! All of the skills will be accessible for the beginner and for someone with more mace experience.

What equipment do I need? A mace, a space, and a device! After you register I will send you recommendations for maces but you can also do this program with a broom stick or dowel.
