Build strength, speed, and confidence in a fun, coach-guided
environment. Each session develops proper lifting technique, core
stability, agility, and mobility with age-appropriate
progressions—no max lifts. Athletes of all sports (and all
experience levels) learn safe
movement patterns, tackle engaging circuits, and finish with
recovery work. Expect better performance, fewer injuries, and a
supportive team vibe.

This class is designed to help swimmers build strength, power, and endurance outside the pool. Through functional movements, mobility drills, and sport-specific conditioning, participants will improve core stability, muscular balance, and overall athletic performance to support faster, stronger, and more efficient swimming.
