Spring invites us to begin again—not by rushing forward, but by listening more closely. This sound bath is an offering of gentle renewal, where subtle vibrations support the body in releasing winter’s stillness and welcoming fresh movement. As tones ebb and flow, you’re invited to soften your edges, settle into the present moment, and attune to the quiet rhythms already unfolding within you. There is nothing to force and nowhere to arrive—only space to rest, receive, and allow something new to take root.
YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Lie down (or sit) comfortably on a yoga mat or a blanket, surrounded by soothing sounds that wash over you like gentle waves

Hear a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and gongs producing rich, resonant tones that create a layered sound landscape
