This 6-week advanced pole series focuses on building strength, control, and confidence in two-point contact skills. Each session includes targeted conditioning, skill breakdowns, spotting guidance, and structured drills to help movements truly stick.

- Additional advanced two-point contact transitions
All training will take place approximately 3–5 feet (standing height) off the ground to prioritize safe technique development and controlled stacking.
