Back by Popular Demand! Interdimensional Breathwork Returns
Wednesday, November 19th • Pure Bliss Yoga – Fort
Lee
with Peter
Stroud
Prepare to journey beyond the
ordinary.
Pete is bringing Interdimensional Breathwork back — and this time
we’re activating the portal in Fort Lee!
This powerful session blends five distinct breathing techniques set to an immersive cosmic soundtrack, guiding you into a deeply emotional, expansive, and transformative state.
You’ll begin with practices that center the mind, open energetic pathways, and ignite your inner fire — preparing your body and spirit for the main modality:
Holotropic Breathwork
Originally developed by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof in the 1960s as a
non-psychedelic gateway to expanded consciousness, holotropic
breathing is known to:
-
Access subconscious wisdom
-
Release stored emotional blocks & low-vibration energy
-
Activate deep somatic healing
-
Raise your frequency and expand awareness
Following the breathwork journey, you’ll melt into Yoga Nidra (NSDR) to integrate insights, reset your nervous system, and rest in pure presence.
WARNING: You may experience… PURE BLISS!
