AWAKEN 2026: Yoga Nidra & Sankalpa Workshop
As we cross the threshold into a new year, this workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and listen inward. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and journaling, you’ll be guided to uncover your Dharma Sankalpa: your soul’s unique purpose and the energy you’re meant to embody and share with the world.
With your Dharma Sankalpa as the foundation, you’ll then craft your secondary Sankalpa: a supportive intention that nurtures and sustains your growth throughout the year ahead.
To complete the workshop you will be guided in the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). You’ll journey into stillness, where you will plant your Sankalpas in your mind, while in a highly receptive state. You'll come out of the practice nourished and refreshed and ready to move forward with intention.
