Bro Yoga is a 4-week series created specifically for men over 40 who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay in the gameâwithout pressure, pretzels, or performance.
Led by Jamie (a guy who actually understands male bodies and real-life stiffness), these classes focus on strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility that support how you move outside the studioâat the gym, on the golf course, in the yard, or just getting out of bed.

This 90-minute class is designed to deepen your experience of your yoga postures and connection with others. Partner yoga naturally encourages communication, patience, trust, and balance. This work involves synchronizing your breath and mirroring postures, as well as practicing opposite postures (i.e., one person is in a forward bend while another is in a backbend). Practicing yoga with a partner invites a unique intensity that has a restorative feel, including deeper stretching, more stability, and support. Enjoy this class with a "Favorite Fellow Yogiâ â partner, spouse, or friend. Some basic yoga experience and familiarity with the most common asanas is recommended.
