Ready to train your next level?

This 6-week advanced pole series focuses on building strength, control, and confidence in two-point contact skills. Each session includes targeted conditioning, skill breakdowns, spotting guidance, and structured drills to help movements truly stick.

Skills We’ll Train:

  • Ayesha progressions
  • Brass Monkey entries & variations
  • Shoulder Mount mechanics
  • Reiko Mount drills
  • Additional advanced two-point contact transitions

All training will take place approximately 3–5 feet (standing height) off the ground to prioritize safe technique development and controlled stacking.

Ideal For: Level 3 students, Comfortable with aerial inverts

Students ready for structured advanced training

Note* This is a intermediate series, pole experience is necessary.
