Not all grief looks like visible sadness. Sometimes it shows up as emotional numbness, difficulty connecting, loss of motivation, or a quiet heaviness that never fully left after a loss.

Grief & Loss Constellation is a guided group systemic process that helps uncover and reorganize hidden emotional and family-system dynamics connected to grief including bereavement, separation, miscarriage, family rupture, or unresolved past loss.

Very often grief is not only personal. It can also be connected to unprocessed family losses, interrupted bonds, or inherited emotional burdens. When these dynamics remain unseen, people may feel stuck, emotionally closed, or unable to fully move forward even years later.

This is not talk therapy and not group sharing. It is an experiential, structured process where selected participants work with their theme through facilitated constellation work, while others participate as representatives or observers. Even those not working directly often experience meaningful personal insight and emotional shift.

People attend grief constellations when they experience:

• unresolved grief after loss

• emotional shutdown or numbness

• repeating abandonment patterns

• difficulty moving forward after separation

• lingering sadness without clear cause

• blocked emotional openness

• family grief that was never processed

No prior experience is required. The session is guided step by step and held in a respectful, confidential group setting.
