A special event Saturday night just for you!
The first 90 minutes of the 2-1/2 hour event class will be our super popular Candlelight Slow Flow. This meditative, slower-paced class will work through the body aches and mind “stuff” of your week with lingering holds, smooth transitions, and slow, calming breath.
This will be followed by a 1-hour Restorative practice with a Soundbath. Restorative Yoga is the most healing form of yoga. You'll find yourself melting into postures that are fully supported by blankets, bolsters, and straps to allow your body and your mind to rest and release. As your mind calms, your stress level (and stress hormone production) will drop as you release into that deeply relaxing place between sleep and waking. This practice brings energy and rejuvenation and is a TREAT for your body and your mind.
