MOGA - Yoga for Men

This four-week course is designed to condition and strengthen the body. It teaches guys the fundamentals of yoga providing a strong and safe foundation of the practice as you explore the benefits and learn what yoga has to offer.

A four-week Pilates course for post-natal mums. Bring your baby along with you, re-connect with the abdominal region and ease back in to exercise. Find your balance and correct the affects that feeding and carrying your little one has had on the shoulders and spine. 
 
We provide a friendly environment where you can to meet other mums and babies, change and feed as and when suits. All equipment is provided, including blankets for babies to lie on. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Intro to Pilates

Discover the fundamentals of Pilates by exploring a series of slow controlled movements which encourage muscular strength and endurance. Pilates focuses on specific muscle groups in a corrective manner to find proper postural alignment. The movement is great for all levels and ages as the exercises are at a slow pace which gradually become more difficult so you can choose to progress to the level that suits you.

Each week the course has a different focus:

Breathing laterally and finding an inner core connection

Move from the centre with control and precision, fluidity and grace

Find balance between strength and length, stability and mobility
