Ready to turn your world upside down? Join us for a playful and empowering Inversion Workshop designed to help you build confidence and strength in your practice. Together, we’ll explore a variety of inversions including tripod headstand and traditional headstand, while breaking down safe alignment, proper technique, and effective ways to enter and exit each pose.
Inversions offer a wide range of benefits—from improving circulation and focus to building upper body and core strength. This workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re brand new to inversions or looking to refine your skills. Expect a supportive, lighthearted environment where curiosity is encouraged, and a sense of humour goes a long way.
All you need is a willingness to try, a little courage, and an openness to play.
