About the Instructor
Ian Ruta found yoga to be love at first sweat! He committed fully
to five years of yoga practice and then decided to take the plunge
into teaching, which grew his love for yoga even more. Over 1000
teaching hours later, Ian looks to share his love of yoga with all
his students.
