Challenge your muscles & cardio in this full body focused circuit class. You will alternate between strength & cardio exercises as you move through the stations. Each class will offer opportunities to play with new exercises and push your boundaries. We'll finish off with core building exercises & a relaxing stretch. You work at your own pace which makes this class perfect for ALL fitness levels.
Are you ready to experience MIND OVER MATTER? A different twist on an old classic, this one hour fitness experience is sure to leave an impression. The exact same high intensity circuit will be performed each week, so that participants can track & measure their individual progress. We're not giving anymore details on what to expect, but there will be CHIN UPS and you better be ready to kill it!
Both men & women are welcome. Each person MUST possess a high level of fitness & strong base of experience in the gym.
