We’ll break down the mechanics behind lift—how to shift weight, engage the right muscles, and create stability from the ground up. The brick becomes a tool to help you feel what’s happening in your body, offering both support and a little extra challenge when you’re ready.
What to expect:
A mix of strength-building drills, skill breakdowns, and playful
exploration. We’ll work with foundational arm balances (like crow
and side crow) and explore variations and transitions in an
approachable, step-by-step way. There will be plenty of options to
meet you where you are.
