6- Week Small Group Training Program

This 60- minute small group training program will focus on full body strength and mobility with an emphasis on rebuilding core strength in a setting where you are supported by other females with like minded goals. As well as more hands on coaching to ensure you are doing the moves correctly with additional encouragement needed to start and maintain a fitness routine.

It's a committed 6 week program 1 day per week.

Every Sunday 5:30-6:30 PM ( March 1- April 12) no workout easter sunday april 5th.
