Flying Yoga Kids (ages 7-10)

Flying Yoga is a fun way to strengthen, lengthen, and balance, the mind body. and spirit through poses and sequences that go upside down, spin and swing, In this Playful positive space we will explore and grow our abilities each week by building on a theme with opportunities to expand, create and share. We will culminate this 5 week Flying Yoga Session with an informal Show and Share so the families can see and experience their students progress.
