This class is focused on you and your little yogi! This class
offers postnatal parents a chance to resume physical activity and
connect with their community. Parents & babies will have a
chance to bond and giggle while stretching and strengthening
through gentle hatha yoga poses. Pre-crawling babies 4 weeks and up
are welcome. Please feel free to arrive when you can, leave when
you have to, and take care of you and your baby's needs throughout
the class.

This class is designed to provide pregnant people with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies as well as other parents-to-be. You will be guided through movements and postures that help you prepare for pregnancy, birth, and provides a foundation for postpartum recovery. It will help empower you to cultivate body awareness and build strength that can assist you through labour and delivery. The class will help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and provide relief and comfort to the areas of discomfort.
