Join Heather for a 30 day challenge where we aim to learn how to get present and stay grounded and how to get back there when we inevitably fall out again. This challenge includes weekly practie, short daily morning meditations, 4 walks and meditation sits at the river, and 4 emails sent out weekly to guide and inspire you along the way.
1 weekly email from Heather with jounral prompts to explore the principles of staying grounded and learning to let go.
1 outdoor walk/meditation at the river with Heather per week on Sunday's before class.

At the end of this program you’ll be able to create and execute an intelligently sequenced class. You’ll have a greater understanding of the body as a whole and how it functions in order to give yourself and your future students a practice that serves the individual's greatest good, and you’ll have gained the tools necessary to walk towards a life with more balance, empathy, and authenticity.
