The Mindful Mini-Retreat is a curated day of movement, reflection, artistry, and nourishment designed for those who crave depth, beauty, and meaningful pause. This is not just a workshop. It is an immersive experience.

A full day to recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect to your body, and engage in a centuries-old Lowcountry tradition, all within an intimate, thoughtfully held space.

Your experience includes a refined Spry practice: functional, accessible movement designed to increase mobility, steadiness, and embodied awareness. You’ll be guided through meditation grounded in nervous-system regulation to quiet mental noise and restore clarity. Personal inquiry and facilitated reflection will help you re-root and align with what matters most this season.

A beautifully catered lunch will nourish your body and create space for genuine connection in community, because restoration includes being well fed.

The day culminates in an immersive sweetgrass basket workshop led by Jennifaye of Geechee Gyal Baskets. You will create your own heirloom-quality keepsake while learning the cultural history and storytelling behind this sacred, centuries-old Lowcountry art form.
