
This class is designed for parents or caregivers with their 1-3 year olds.
Dancers will move together through the space following simple movement instructions meant to introduce the concepts of musicality and movement exploration.

Young dancers are encouraged to let their imaginations run wild as they explore basic ballet positions and movements through storytelling and imaginative play. This class allows them to express themselves freely while developing their motor skills. In this class, children will have the opportunity to listen to and move to a wide variety of music styles. They'll learn to match their movements with the rhythm, helping them develop a deep connection between music and dance.
This is a child only class - parents will be asked to wait outside the studio during class. There are windows from the hallway to the studio to allow observation.

Designed for Ages 8-12
In Modern I, dancers will embark on a journey of self-discovery through movement. They'll learn to experiment with a wide range of modern dance styles, fostering a deeper connection to their bodies and the space around them.
Dancers 13 and older who are interested in starting Modern but don't want to “Be with the little kids” should look into the “Beginning Modern for Teens & Adults" Class on our Adult Schediule

Jump into the energetic world of hip-hop with this beginner-friendly class. Students will learn basic grooves, isolation techniques, and choreography while having fun and building confidence.Designed for ages 7+
