Restorative yoga works with the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems to help you go from the fight and flight mode to rest and digest mode. It seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating, stretching and relaxing your body. This type of Yoga is designed to restore, rejuvenate and relax. Whether you are stressed or suffering depletion of energy, or if you simply need a deep stretch and better your health, this yoga is the right for you.
