A practical, immersive and experiential dive into the heart of meditation. Aligning with moving into spring and the auspicious time of the new moon we will focus on tuning into heart calling and envisioning abundance ahead.

If you're looking to explore the world of meditation and establish (or re-ignite) a daily practice, this meditation immersion will be just right as it is designed to give you a concentrated experience of multiple types of meditation tools to increase focus, relaxation, healing, and wellbeing. It will be a wonderful way to deepen your connection to self as well as connect with like-minded and compassionate community.
Foundational meditation techniques
- Guidance on the key basics of ways to meditate (calm the mind and regulate the nervous system): We will introduce and deepen you to core meditation practices like mindfulness, mantra, visualizations and accessible breathing exercises. You'll learn how to approach different techniques and cultivate a sense of confidence during meditation.
- Alternating periods of sitting, moving and walking meditation: We will alternate between periods of focused sitting meditation and movement meditation, allowing you to develop mindfulness in both stillness and movement.
The OMstead is quiet and tranquil:
- Our studio’s intentional peaceful environment will minimize distractions and encouraging a deeper sense of calm.
- Emphasis on Silence: although our immersion will include wonderful heart centered connection we will also cultivate periods of silence (known as noble silence) where verbal communication is minimal, promoting deeper introspection and self-awareness.
- Heart Centered Community: Although our time will emphasize silence, you'll be in the presence of other special participants who are on a similar journey, creating a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.
