All level accessible yoga asana, breathing and practices coupled with easy percussions, drum meditation. No experience or expertise necessary! Just a willing heart to feel and play with the beat (drum and percussions provided).

Additional On Demand Postural/Anatomy/Philosophy hours within course weeks (do at own pace to be completed by closing of training 9/12/2025)
