1 Class at the same day and time once a week every week for 6
consecutive weeks as you work on building your skills,
understanding, foundations, and prerequisite capabilities to help
you start your pole journey.
This will be the start of a journey that you can choose to continue
with at the end of your 6 weeks in Meraki's normally scheduled
classes to help you continue to build the skills you would like or
take your journey to the next level.
All bodies are different and some prerequisites skills can take
time. This 6 class series is here to start you and new pole friends
on your journey to get you familiar with pole, your body, and the
preqrequisites to take you to Pole 1 at your bodies pace, or any
other side quests you might be led to.
Pole is a modality that requires practice, patience, and
consistency to yourself and your movements. Plus it can be really
fun.
What to Wear: Form Fitting, Supportive, and minimum coverage athletic wear as skin is needed to grip onto the pole (Tank tops, sports bras, short shorts).
DO NOT WEAR: Lotion/Oils day of class as it prevents sticking to the pole. Jewelry such as bracelets, rings, anklets, or necklaces. Clothing with portruding or sharp solid pieces such as zippers or buttons as it can be damaging to self and equipment.
You may be required to share an apparatus with 1 other person, depending on capacity.
