During this practice you will be guided through a meditation, while also enjoying the magic of a sound-bath.

A sound-bath is a deeply immersive full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects on the mind and body.

Incorporating chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, elemental Koshi chimes, Kenari Seed chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and an ocean drum.You will be guided through a 60 minute soundscape. In this soundscape your body and mind are given permission to rest and relax as well as promoting greater awareness.

Feel free to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable to fully immerse yourself into this magical experience.
