Class will start with a brief introduction to paddle boarding basics before we set out to our location.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga class that will challenge your concentration and provide a new perspective to your practice.
Modifications provided.

SUP POLICIES:
*Class must be booked TWO hours prior to class start time - NO DROP-INS
*Class must be canceled TWO hours before class start time, you will then be credited for your visit
*We are not responsible for any parking fees
*Life jacket must be worn while paddling
*Children ages 13+ must have parent present in class and life jacket on at ALL times
*Minimum of 3 students to hold class.
*Weather cancellations will be called with the discretion of the teacher and will result in a credit.
