Embrace stillness and stretch deeply with this relaxing, meditative practice. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for 3–5 minutes to target connective tissues, enhance flexibility, and develop mindfulness. Props are used to ensure safe and supported transitions. This restorative class is open to all levels and perfect for those seeking a deeply meditative internal space.
