02.01 Galentines Burn Before Brunch

Let's celebrate the end of Hard 30!

Join us for a class that will focus on burning the glutes, hamstrings, quads and abs. With the use of resistance bands, we will burn our legs out. After the leg burn, we will end with burning our core. There will be little cardio in-between to loosen up those leg muscles. After the burn we will head to Sunny Sips for drinks, brunch and a little shopping!

Modifications offered. No experience necessary
