Teen Girls will learn the basics of safety when they're hanging out in our community, and what to do in possible confrontational/unsafe situations.

Simple skills and techniques, use of voice, and situational awareness (understanding, in an instant, when a situation is no longer safe, and how to get to safety).

Empower your girls to know what to do in various situations. 

When their bodies becomes stronger and more powerful, they gain confidence to speak up and react. Help them to get muscle-memory confidence thru this Workshop.
