This private IA class is designed to strengthen performance,
increase mobility, and support injury prevention for Inspired
Athletics volleyball players. Led by expert Mojo Fit instructors,
athletes will build core stability, improve shoulder and hip
mobility, enhance balance, and strengthen the mind-body connection
essential for competitive play.
This focused training session accelerates recovery, supports
longevity in the sport, and develops the strength, stability, and
confidence needed to perform at the next level.

Work outside the classroom is required. You will have homework, videos, reading, teaching an online class, and other class prep. The average time outside of class is 3-10 hours per weekend.
