Ellen will lead you through a gentle restorative yoga practice using props to support the body, followed by the powerful, guided meditation of Yoga Nidra. This practice is known for its ability to reduce stress, improve sleep, and quiet a busy mind. As you rest, Kaitie will offer hands-on Reiki, a compassionate energy healing technique that helps release tension and restore balance on a cellular level. This is your chance to turn inward, heal, and leave feeling completely renewed.
