Great for beginners and for those looking to rebuild (or strengthen) their foundation. The session is designed to be accessible and inclusive to support a wide range of bodies, lifestyles, abilities, and experiences.
Our time together will be a mix of informative talks, guided practices, and time for reflection via journaling and discussion. We will begin by defining meditation plus it’s benefits for our brains and bodies. A variety of techniques will be shared with a goal to help you begin (and sustain) a daily practice.
By the end of the session, you will leave with a grounded understanding of meditation, increased confidence and renewed commitment for your personal practice, and a few recordings to keep it going. No prior meditation experience is required—just a willingness to pause and curiosity to explore our inner landscapes.
