This two-hour workshop offers a clear, supportive (and scientifically backed) introduction to meditation and may finally answer the question “am I doing this right?!”. Spoiler: if you are paying attention, on purpose, you are doing it right!

Great for beginners and for those looking to rebuild (or strengthen) their foundation. The session is designed to be accessible and inclusive to support a wide range of bodies, lifestyles, abilities, and experiences.

Our time together will be a mix of informative talks, guided practices, and time for reflection via journaling and discussion. We will begin by defining meditation plus it’s benefits for our brains and bodies. A variety of techniques will be shared with a goal to help you begin (and sustain) a daily practice.

By the end of the session, you will leave with a grounded understanding of meditation, increased confidence and renewed commitment for your personal practice, and a few recordings to keep it going. No prior meditation experience is required—just a willingness to pause and curiosity to explore our inner landscapes.
