To participate from home you’ll need:

You'll learn how to use the specialized Pulley Tower equipment and become familiar with foundational movement patterns. No experience is required—just a willingness to explore a new approach to movement that supports your whole body.

This hybrid class series draws from classical and contemporary Pilates to support balance, mobility, and alignment in a safe, welcoming environment. Designed with active agers in mind, the class emphasizes mindful movement and core support and is appropriate for individuals with low bone density. Each series offers a fresh focus while reinforcing foundational skills to help you feel strong, steady, and centered.
No previous Pilates experience is required. Whether you join us in person or online, you'll use a mat, a tennis ball (used every class), a 9“ or 10” soft ball (such as a Gertie ball or Overball), extra padding for kneeling, and a small pillow or towel for head support as needed.
For this series, we are also using:

Mats and props are provided for in-person participants. Online participants will need access to the listed equipment at home.
Series Enrollment & Cancellation Policy
This is a 4-class series. Full enrollment is encouraged for best results.
If you need to cancel
your enrollment, you may do so up to 7 days before the first class for
studio credit,
minus a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds or
transfers will be issued once the series begins.
Class Minimum
A minimum of 3 participants is required for this series to run. If the minimum is not met, we’ll notify you at least 72 hours in advance. Your payment will be converted to studio credit, which may be used toward a private, duet, group session, or a future class series.
