Our French Bulldog Puppy Yoga POP-UP invites you into a gentle yoga practice surrounded by the loving energy of sweet Frenchie puppies. As you move and breathe, these little fur babies will wander, cuddle, and offer their natural medicine - joy, presence, and unconditional love. This experience is designed to soften the nervous system, lift the spirit, and remind us of the healing found in simple connection, community, and play. Come as you are and leave a little more grounded, open-hearted, and smiling.

Matcha + Motion: Sip & Sculpt Edition is a Saturday morning wellness ritual that blends mindful movement with the grounding energy of matcha. This 90-minute experience begins with a 60 minute yoga-lates flow, combining Yoga and Pilates to build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect you with your breath and body.
After the movement portion of class, we’ll transition into 30 minutes of sipping matcha lattes together, allowing time to relax, enjoy the benefits of matcha, and connect with others in a warm and welcoming space.
Come sip, move, and reset in an atmosphere designed to leave you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.

Join us in Divine frequency : a journey with soul and sound + herbal infusions.
Each month is an opportunity to come home to yourself, connect, release what no longer serves you, and open space to receive what is meant for you. A chance to go within and connect to the your truth. Leaving the noise of the outside world behind.
As you settle in and begin to connect you will be supported with healing energies, intentionally curated vibrations, and the medicine of sound. Surrounded by an array of extraordinary instruments. Open your spirit to the grounding energies and magic of the gongs, Tibetan bowls along with the alchemy crystal bowls, and many more. All while being transported to an ethereal space of expansion as the energies shift to support your journey. Each sound experience built on the energies of love and connection. Each instrument aligned to complement your journey with ease and grace. The frequencies of the instruments gently realign your energies promoting relaxation and restoration. Allowing you to emerge from this experience feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace.
Please come in whatever feels supportive and comfortable to you. We suggest to bring blankets, pillows, and any other items that will be helpful to create and honor a state of relaxation for you.

Reiki is a type of Japanese relaxation therapy used to aid in healing through touch by the practitioner on to the patient. Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Reiki is a special kind of life force that can only be channeled by someone that has been attuned to it.
In Advanced Reiki Training Level 3:
As one’s reiki journey continues, so does our calling for growth. In Reiki 3, Mastery Level, or Advanced Reiki Training as it is called, expect the Reiki energy to boost your energetic experience. You will learn how to assemble a Reiki healing grid, attune to the master symbol, perform psychic surgery, and deeper meditations to attune to the reiki healing guides.
This one day intensive workshop is intended for those who have completed reiki 1&2 levels and wish to expand the reiki healing.
Advanced Reiki Training Level 3 - May 9th 11:00am-5:00pm
Yin Yoga uses floor-based postures held for prolonged periods of time to nourish the fascial tissues and stimulate the deeper energetic channels in the body.
Over the first 4 days of this training, Jennifer will guide you from the physical body to the subtle bodies, using the Koshas as a tool to aid in your journey of self-discovery. Each day will consist of a deep Yin practice based on 1 of the 5 Koshas, followed with pranayama and meditation. At the end of each day, we’ll dive deeper into the theory and practical work of the Yin practice. The last 2 days will have a similar daily schedule but will explore the facial lines and the Meridians.
Jennifer’s lectures on the anatomical body will give a structured foundation in which students will feel confident in sequencing safe and effective Yin practices for themselves and others. Once the foundation is built, then the deeper layers of the practice can be taught through work on the subtle bodies which will be investigated through breathwork and meditation.
In this training you will learn:
· Physical aspects of Yin: Anatomy and Physiology, Sequencing, Props and Injury Management, Fascia Lines
· Energetic aspects of Yin: Koshas, Chi and Prana, Meridians, Nadis, Vayus
· Mental aspects of Yin: Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation
