Learn how to incorporate a yoga wall into a mat yoga practice with Vayu Yoga Level 1 Yoga-Align Teacher Intensive. This training consists of a 20-hour training intensive plus practice and self-study, to learn how to safely and effectively teach yoga wall classes. Yoga-Align incorporates the Yoga Wall into a mat practice, enhancing alignment, traction and decompression. Yoga-Align sequences will be taught, as well as tips on necessary pre-requisites for the practitioners, based on their body anatomy and converging histories. My goal is to give you the knowledge and information to safely and successfully offer yoga wall classes as a part of your program or personal practice.

Successful completion of the training and mentorship will lead to a Yoga-Align Level 1 Teaching Certification. Non-contact hours include observing 4 Wonderful Wall Yoga classes, assisting in 2 Wonderful Wall Yoga classes, and 4 hours of documents self-study (with yoga wall), will equate successful completion of the course. This course is open to certified yoga teachers with a minimum of 200-hour RYT, and a minimum of 6 months of teaching experience.
