Join Dj Sadhu, Dechen and Tom of Mystic Immersive for Mystic Mornings in the Mystic River Park on Wednesday mornings at 7am. Bring a towel and or yoga mat. We will slowly move through yoga postures opening up the body then as the DJ picks up the groove we will start to dance to choreographed moves led by Dechen.
