30 minute session with two different tracks Coaches: Tim Cook & Jarret Patman

 

Weekly Session Option:

1.) pitchers who threw over the weekend

2.) pitchers who need to get their bullpen in before their next pitching outing.

 

Choose 1 session per week. Can pick different day and time each week!

 

Wednesday 5-5:30 or 5:30-6pm

Thursday 5:30-6pm

 

1) maintain arm health throughout the full calendar year

2) aid in recovery

3) improve mobility and flexibility

4) maintain consistent throwing velocity throughout the calendar year

5) Improve on Rotator Cuff strength and timing

 

- mobility circuit to restore range of motion loss during throwing

- band specific exercises to stabilize the shoulder joint

- manual therapy to improve rotator cuff timing

- supervised plyoball throwing to improve arm path and rotator cuff strength

- recovery long toss throwing/pre bullpen throwing

- bullpens as needed - direct communication with pitching coach associated with team

 

- foam rolling/self myofascial release

- mobility circuit

- manual therapy as needed

- arm path work

- regeneration long toss throwing/pre pen long toss

- bullpens as needed

Black Cats Football Club has over 20 years industry knowledge to deliver the best soccer camp experience for kids. Our camps are offered to both half day and full day campers ages 7-14. This camp has something for players of all skill level, rec players to advanced and groups will be based on level of play.

During a camp day. your child will learn different soccer topics each day. From ball mastery, shooting and finishing, defending and more. Playing both indoor and outdoor, catering to the weather and the needs of the kids.
Full day campers will experience our media room where kids will spend 60 mins in a learning environment and watching soccer from every level of the game. We cover a daily seminar on diet advice, training tips and injury prevention.
We also let the campers play futsal on our basketball courts. a fantastic high paced game incorporating skills and 1v1s at a fast pace.

Full day campers also end the day with a swim to cool off. So if you want the best summer adventure then look no further.
