Tai Chi for Energy

Chen style is vigorous and sophisticated , containing fast and slow movements along with powerful spiral force. Sun style includes a unique qigong (life energy) along with agile steps. These two seemingly contrasting styles have complementary internal energy. Using his deep understanding of tai chi principles and with over 40 years of experience, Dr Lam composed the Tai Chi for Energy set by combining both styles to bring you greater synergy.
The program contains warm up and cool down exercises and 16 movements.
Expand the unique synergy with Tai Chi for Energy Part 2: Unleash more power in your tai chi. Dr Lam added new Chen Style movements from the Chen 36 and 56 Forms to enrich your Chen style experience. Explore the mysterious spiral force (Chan Suu Chin) and develop the synergy of both styles to deliver more power and vitality With regular practice and in a relatively short period of time, you will achieve better health and wellness, more internal energy and an improved ability to manage stress.
You will need to work with the Tai Chi for Energy Part 1&2 dvd's prior to the workshop and it is required that you have Teaching Tai Chi Effectively book. Both can be purchased on the site. When you register for the workshop, I will send you a discount code to purchase.
Day 1 and 2 (Fri Sat) will be Tai Chi for Energy Part 1 Certification and Updates . Day 3 (Sun) will be Tai Chi for Energy Part 2 Certification.

• Just for Fun: Attend all 3 days for $175 (No certifications awarded for Just for Fun)

You may attend all three days to become certified in both Tai Chi for Energy Part 1 and Part 2
