U10 Valpo Lady Vikings – Private Team Training

Take your game to the next level with private team training designed exclusively for the U10 Valpo Lady Vikings. Each 1-hour session is built to challenge, support, and empower players as they continue to grow in confidence, skill, and game understanding through Next Gen’s Four Pillars of Development — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental.
Across this 4-week training block, players will focus on key team concepts including spacing, passing, first touch, and moving off the ball- helping players recognize where they need to be and why in different game situations. Technical development will emphasize ball mastery, clean first touches, accurate passing, and controlled play under pressure. Tactical sessions will introduce age-appropriate decision-making, awareness, and learning how to play effectively as part of a team.
These high-energy, private team sessions blend purposeful skill work with game-realistic activities, creating an environment where the Lady Vikings can develop together, support one another, and play with confidence and intention.
Andrean Girls High School Soccer Development Program
Elevate your game with a multi-week, high-intensity training program built exclusively for the Andrean Girls Soccer Program. Each session follows Next Gen’s Four Pillars of Development — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental — designed to push players toward their full potential through advanced skill work, competitive tempo, and real-game application.
Training focuses on technical precision, tactical awareness, and position-specific development, while also integrating physical performance and mental resilience to prepare athletes for peak performance under pressure.
This program will continue through the winter season, providing consistent, progressive training to ensure the team maintains momentum and achieves its maximum developmental goals heading into spring competition.
U12 Hydra – Private Team Training
Take your game to the next level with weekly private team training designed exclusively for the U12 Hydra. Each 1-hour session is built to challenge, support, and empower players as they continue to grow in confidence, skill, and game understanding through Next Gen’s Four Pillars of Development — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental.
Players will continue to sharpen their technical ability through focused work on ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, and finishing under pressure. Tactical sessions emphasize spacing, movement off the ball, decision-making, and understanding how to play together as a unit. Physical development targets coordination, balance, agility, and speed, while mental growth is encouraged through leadership, communication, resilience, and confidence-building challenges.
These high-energy, private team sessions blend purposeful skill work with game-realistic scenarios, creating an environment where the Hydra can develop together, compete with confidence, and play with intention.

About the Program
A great first touch sets the stage for every play. This program is designed to help players receive the ball cleanly, stay composed under pressure, and set up their next move with confidence. Through repetition and game-like situations, players will refine their ability to control the ball in different ways and in different areas of the field.
Over the 3 weeks, players will focus on:

Receiving techniques with all surfaces of the body (feet, thighs, chest)

First touch into space to create time and advantage

Controlling difficult balls – bouncing, aerial, and fast passes

Turning and shielding to maintain possession

Game-speed decision making after the first touch
By the end of the program, players will be able to handle the ball with greater confidence, keeping possession and setting themselves up for effective passes, dribbles, or shots.
