Join us for a cacao ceremony in the studio, hosted by Katerina. She will introduce ceremonial cacao and its benefits for our mind and body. One cup of cacao, made with love and good intentions, will be served to each person. During the ceremony, we will engage in breathwork and guided meditation. Cups and all ingredients will be provided, but if you have your favorite cup that you'd like to bring, feel free to do so.
