Come spend time with your partner/loved one (friends/family, etc.) applying the healing blend of yoga stretches and loving touch that is Thai yoga bodywork. It’s a reminder to make time for touch in your relationship, and a gift the two of you can share throughout your lives.
In this two-hour workshop you will both give and receive and learn various Thai bodywork techniques, some self-care skills and a guided bodywork sequence. Renew your connection, tenderness and playfulness: guaranteed the best date you can have! This bodywork is done fully clothed so wear something comfortable. We’ll finish the night with complimentary chocolates and wine to further sweeten the mood.

Mary Aranas is
an E-RYT 500 YACEP Educator, Yoga Therapist, Reiki level II
practitioner, and AcroYoga
Immersion Teacher. Mary has led Restorative and Yoga Nidra Teacher
Trainings through the USA since 2010. Mary has practiced Yoga since
1996 and is grateful for the privilege of sharing Yoga since 2002
in classes, workshops,
festivals and retreats, the world over. She is a wife, mother, an
avid reader, and a healing prayer minister.
Bassam Kubba is a 200-hr Vinyasa yoga instructor, Level 1 AcroYoga instructor and Thai Massage practitioner. He has studied under world-renowned teachers and has been on both sides of the practice giving and receiving. His mission is “to empower life change and inspire connection through a joyful practice and healing art.”
