Kids need to bring, comfortable clothing, a hat and running shoes for Bootcamp, a full water bottle and your own lunch and snacks.

- Sound Bowl Therapy – The soothing vibrations of sound bowls help release energetic blocks, promote deep relaxation, and enhance your intuition. These sound journeys will guide you into a receptive state where your intentions can truly take root.
- Meditation – Through guided meditations, you’ll connect deeply with your aspirations, accessing a state of clarity and mindfulness. This practice nurtures both the cognitive and emotional aspects of goal-setting, creating a harmonious connection between your thoughts and feelings.

Level 1 Matwork Pilates Instructor Course
This 100 hour Level 1 Matwork Pilates Instructor Course delivers the work of Joseph Pilates in a modern way meeting the needs of a group fitness pilates class of today. Our unique approach developed through decades of teaching experience teaches the repertoire, movement principles and application of each exercise to the individual within a group.
Mat Pilates is a series of exercises on the mat, using your own body resistance and strength and is the foundation of the pilates training courses. The One Family Yoga & Fitness Matwork Level 1 Course is aimed at those wishing to start a career to become a Pilates Instructor or those wanting to add to their yoga or fitness qualifications. In this course you will learn to confidently instruct Mat Pilates classes, postural and teaching cues, modifications, and programming to create a class of your own.
CECs: 15 CEC Points through AUSActive (Formerly Fitness Australia)
Duration: 3 Days, 9am - 6pm
Course Location: One Family Yoga, Pilates & Fitness Studio, Holland Park
Pre Course Requirements: Online Preview and Study of Matwork exercises and Anatomy (45hrs)
Face to Face Contact Hours: 25 Hours
Assessment: Theory and Practical Component
Course Requirements: 15 Observation and 15 Practical Component (30 hrs)

For cancellations more than 6 weeks prior course commencement,
all fees will be refunded less the $100 non-refundable
deposit.
For cancellations within 4 weeks of commencement date, a 50%
cancellation fee applies.
For cancellations within 2 weeks of commencement date, no refund
will be given.

AyurFlow is a 200hr Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training program that provides a core foundation of practice and philosophy, giving you the tools to make lasting changes in your life. It integrates the ancient teachings of Hatha Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda.

Brisbane’s AyurFlow training offers flexible scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles. In addition to our weekday classes held face-to-face in One Family Yoga & Fitness Studio, Holland Park on Thursdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm, we’re excited to announce weekend options starting from February 2025!
