as this training is presented by a YACEP – Yoga Alliance Continuing
Education

The teen years are a whirlwind of emotional, physical, and mental change. This training course equips you with the skills to introduce yoga and mindfulness to teenagers in a relevant, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
Through a balance of theory, interactive learning, and hands-on experience, you’ll gain practical tools to help teens manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate emotional well-being—on and off the mat.
Learn how to guide breathwork, meditation, movement, and reflection to support teens in developing self-awareness, confidence, and calm. Become a steady presence in their lives—a lighthouse of authenticity, kindness, and creativity—offering a safe space to unplug, relax, and grow.
- Final balance is due by the course start date unless a payment plan is in place.
- Your certificate will only be issued once full payment is received.
- To cancel your registration, you must email us to arrange a call with Lainie. Cancellations will not be processed via text or email alone.
- In case of a Pandemic or a positive PCR/RAT COVID test no refund will be given but course is transferable to another person or course date.
Attendance Policy
A minimum of 95% attendance is required for certificate to be awarded
Students who miss more than 95% of the contact hours may request private tuition at their own cost to make up any missed sessions (costs are $85hour)
This course is competency-based, which means there is no pass or fail. Students may submit their final assessment until they are deemed to be competent.
