This course provides a solid foundation of practice and philosophy geared towards our health. We spend more time practicing the asanas than sitting listening to lectures. We teach you tools to take with you on your life’s journey and to share this wealth of knowledge with others. We teach you how to truly rest and let go.

• Your certificate will only be issued once full payment is received.
• To cancel your registration, you must email us to arrange a call with Lainie. Cancellations will not be processed via text or email alone.
• In case of a Pandemic or a positive PCR/RAT COVID test no refund will be given but course is transferable to another person or course date.

Attendance Policy

A minimum of 95% attendance is required for certificate to be awarded

Students who miss more than 95% of the contact hours may request private tuition at their own cost to make up any missed sessions (costs are $85hour)

This course is competency-based, which means there is no pass or fail. Students may submit their final assessment until they are deemed to be competent.
