Two Age Groups: *split up after registration

Jr: 13 & Under

SR 14 & Older

Options for times are below. Once registrations closes you will be sent your group time for the program. All sessions are held at One Last Rep Sports Training in Dartmouth.

Monday 6:30, 7:30pm

Tuesday 6:30, 7:30pm, 8:30pm

Wednesday 6:30, 7:30pm

Thursday 6:30, 7:30pm, 8:30pm

What's Included

- 1x/week 1 Hour Strength and Performance at One Last Rep with OLR Strength

 

Overview - 8 Week Program - May 6th - June 27th

 

*Groups will be developed based on age/skill level and availability. Once you have your group times you will be training at that time for the duration of the program.

*There is no on-court skill portion to this program. 

Performance Development: This program is a comprehensive, sport specific training program. Athletes will receive a full player analysis which includes force plate, speed, and mobility testing. Individualized programs will be prepared for athletes through our training app. Daily force plate testing will be performed to monitor fatigue & performance.The purpose of this program is the give basketball athletes in Nova Scotia access to high-level sport-specific basketball training. We want to raise the standard for athletic development, athlete health, and performance.

With access to gold standard sport science technology, we pride ourselves in our ability to deliver key performance variables and provide effective communication on athlete health and performance to parents. If your current trainer isn’t testing, they’re probably guessing. 

Anybody can train - this is for the athlete who wants to take the next step.

 

*Missed session due to court closures or OLR closures will be made up at the end of the program. Missed sessions due to personal conflict will not be made up.

 

Cancellation Policy

*Most give 7 days notice before the start of the program to receive a full refund.
