This four part workshop mini-series is designed to help explore
connections between your yoga practice, nervous system, and
emotional health in a safe and supportive setting.
This mini-series builds upon the material covered in
Workshopping Anxiety Through Yoga: The Foundations. It
contains fresh content for you to expand your existing toolkit!
However, it is not pre-requsite to have attended
the prior foundations workshop. Feel free to drop into these
workshops with a clean slate!

The physical movement in this workshop is accessible to all
levels of practitioners, inclusive of beginners. Our time together
includes an assortment of practices and information to help you
access, integrate, and potentially befriend a range of sensation,
feelings, and thoughts that arise. Come ready to learn and discover
actionable insight, grounded in knowledge and practical tools to
support a healthy nervous system.
About your instructor: Andrea Evans (E-YRT 500) has completed multiple training programs in trauma-informed yoga teaching, yoga for emotional health & healing, Yoga Nidra and meditation. A dedicated yoga practitioner and student since the late 1990's, Andrea has been teaching yoga and other modalities to support physical and emotional agility for the past decade.

Our adventure begins at Keflavik International Airport on September 8th! We will spend 3 nights in Hella (Southern Iceland) and 2 nights in the capital city of Reykjavik. There will be no shortage of incredible views and inspiring wellness traditions. A perfect blend of adventure (think: waterfalls and volcanic rock formations) and relaxation (geothermal lagoons, hot tubs, and saunas, anyone?) Oh, and of course, daily yoga!
