Athletes to be place din groups/partners base on their age and skill level.

Join our staff every Saturday for this off-season pitching opportunity. Each athlete will receive pre and post testing, video biomechanic analysis, Optimize Elite workout and injury prevention packet. Rookie classes are geared towards athletes that have very little pitching background and are looking to improve their throwing/pitching mechanics.

Looking for off-season softball training? Optimize Elite offer's club level training up to 5x/week.
Package includes:
-2 days a week softball-specific training (Monday & Wednesday)
-2 days of Strength & Conditioning
-Open Gym available Friday evenings
This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.

Join Optimize staff for our 4 week intro to baseball pitching camp. This camp will focus on proper pitching mechanics, explosiveness and arm position in order to improve velocity, accuracy and decrease the likelihood of injury.
For athletes 8-10 years old that have minimal pitching experience. Athletes will be placed in groups and throwing partners based on age and skill level.
