
Our Small Group Training Session Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm kicks off Tuesday October 14-Thursday December 18. Fall is the PERFECT time to continue your wellness routine, or start something new before the cold weather sets in.
This small group platform welcomes women of all activity levels who have a common goal to:
-build a healthy relationship with exercise
-improve strength & function of their bodies
-create consistency and accountability
In addition to our weekly in-person sessions, clients will receive additional at-home programming offering a core strength, mobility and balance component to compliment our in-class sessions.
