Swimmers are introduced to basic stroke techniques while continuing to build confidence, coordination, and water safety skills.
WAVE MAKERS 5 Stroke Development
Refining techniques and building endurance through consistent practice.
Swimmers refine technique, improve efficiency, and build strength and endurance through continued practice.
WAVE MAKERS 6 Stroke Mastery
Mastering technique, efficiency, and endurance for confident, lifelong swimmers.
Swimmers strengthen multiple strokes, increase endurance, and build the skills needed for advanced swimming and safety in the water.
LITTLE DUCKS Water Discovery
Building comfort through play and exploration.
With a parent or caregiver by their side, infants and toddlers are introduced to the water through exploration and play, building comfort and positive early experiences in a supportive environment.
Little Splashers Water Exploration
Exploring floating, bubles and movement with and without caregiver support.
Swimmers continue building confort and confidence as they explore floating, blowing bubbles, and basic movemenbt through guided, playful activities.

WATER EXPLORERS 1 Water Comfort
Building independence and learning essential water safety skills.
Swimmers are introduced to the water in a supportive and encouraging environment, building comfort, trust and basic safety skills through guided exploration and play.
WATER EXPLORERS 2 Water Movement
Developing movement, kicking and coordination in the water.
As confidence grows, swimmers begin to move more independently in the water, practicing floating, gliding and basic skills while continuing to feel supported and successful.
WATER EXPLORERS 3 Water Confidence
Building stamina, confidence, and swimming longer distances.
Swimmers build strength, coordination, and confidence as they begin to connect skills and explore deeper water with greater independence and control.
