Grades 7 to 12.

This class includes instruction on the foundational principles of lifting, partnering, and strength training. This class is a prerequisite for any student planning on auditioning for the Cabaret Team, but is open to those Bronze 2 and above in the Junior/Youth age groups. Includes a weekly group class.
