Do you feel paralyzed by grief?
A new year means a new opportunity to clear yourself of the things that may be holding you back and keeping you with painful emotions. I want to help you with dealing with pain and loss in your life.
Grief is a normal and natural response to loss. Not dealing with grief increases the pain in your life, keeping you stuck.
You may experience grief whether your loss is from:
Divorce or end of a relationship
Loss of a career
Loss of trust
Loss of faith
Loss of safety
Loss of health
The Grief Recovery Method Grief Support Group® is
The Action Program for Moving Beyond Death, Divorce, and Other Losses
People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but they don’t tell you what you need to do to accomplish that. The Grief Recovery Method® Outreach Program not only makes that possible but provides partnerships and guidance to ensure that it happens.
Gina Pollard - Gina's goal is to help people deal with grief,
loss, past abuse issues, and the segue of moving into new life
stages. Her experience in leading support groups for abuse, and in
providing pastoral care, gives her an in-depth understanding of
what it means to feel deep pain, need a glimmer of hope, and do the
work necessary to have a fulfilling life.
A self-described hope junkie, Gina loves to journey with others by helping them validate the whole of who they are in the world and in their lives.
Gina earned her Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. She holds certifications from The Grief Recovery Institute and the Trauma Institute International.
