You get up every day and get yourself dressed and equipped for
the day so that you can be successful. BUT…
What you also need is a way to keep yourself strong in your resolve to conquer the thoughts that hold you back and a way to move forward in strength and courage.
You could use some tools to help you deal with:
* Negative self-talk
* Cutting through the lies and half-truths to see the truth
* The negative messages you get through the media
* Ensuring that you protect your heart
Come spend a day equipping yourself with the tools to keep you protected and strong – body, mind, and spirit. You’ll even get lunch to fortify your body so that you can dig deep and rise up strong!
You’ll leave with affirmations to strengthen your heart, visualizations to strengthen your resolve, and a souvenir to remind yourself of the power that lies within you!
Come! Discover, strengthen, and fortify your Warrior Queen self!
