Join us on Saturday, Nov 1 from 9am - 5pm for an In-Studio Retreat as we focus on Gratitude and Contentment in order to be more at Peace with ourself and the World around us.
Gratitude or Kritajna is a Feeling of Appreciation by a Recipient of another's Kindness. This kindness can be Gifts, Help, Favors, or other forms of Generosity.
Contentment or Santosha is a State of being in which one is Satisfied with their current Life situation. If one is Content, they are at Peace with their situation, Regardless of whether things are going as Expected or not.

8:00am - Arrive and Check in - Coffee/Tea/Ligth Breakfast
9:00am - Welcome
9:30am - Yoga Class
10:45am - Gratitude Discourse
12:00 - 1:30pm - Lunch at the Parlor PS in their Regal Room
1:45pm - Collective Craft
2:30pm - Contentment Discourse
3:15pm - Yoga Class
4:00pm - Group Kirtan -singing, chanting
5:00pm - Closing Share
5:30pm - Optional after Party at Brewlink
Please bring a Yoga mat, Blanket, Refillable water bottle or Thermal mug, Journal and anything else that will Support you during this Retreat.
